November is COMPLETE!

Guess who finished the NaNoWriMo with 50,735 words? :D

My novel was called Tormentor, and I finished it. I couldn’t be happier! :D

So in celebration of finishing, I have two pictures that I’d like to share :D I drew these during the month of November and told myself that if I didn’t reach 50,000, these pictures would never see the light of day. XD

Here are my two main characters, Crystal and Ace. ♥♥♥

Obviously, they are a couple. o3o I want to steal Ace from Crystal, even if he is my own character. Me loves him ouo

... Anywaaay, I've been wanting to draw some sort of kissing pose for a while now, and these two gave me the perfect excuse to do just that :D

And Ace may look kind of sinister in this picture, but he's actually a really nice guy ^_^

Here are my three OCs, (from left to right) Crystal, Tyler and Ace. :D

I wanted to try a different style of shading for this one (: I like how it came out ^_^ These are my three main characters from my NaNo Novel, not including my villans. (I drew a picture of my villans, but it didn't come out good at all... I'll redraw it and upload later :meow:)

So Tyler, in the book, called the three of them Team Cool Beans. I love him. XD Ace doesn't like the name, but he'll just have to deal with that. :D

So yeah! WOOOOOHOOOOO!! *Throws confetti in the air and does celebration dance*

Ah yes, and I completed my novel to the sound of the Ninja Training Song from NinjaBridge by LittleKuriboh :D WIN!! XD

New pictures and speed paints!

OK, so it’s been a while… And I’ve done quite a bit in the time gone by ^_^

Well, look at that! I finally finished Hatsune Miku! 8 hours of work. 8! HOURS!! o.o Anyway, I'm VERY pleased with the result! :D Horrible background though... I might fix that later... Oh well XD

Saria! :D

The one problem I had with Ocarina of Time was when Link left Kokiri Forest near the beginning of the game, and he didn't hug Saria or nothing. I mean, he may never see her again!!! ... Anyway, this is how I pictured her after he walked away.

I drew this without a reference, by the way, so I'm sorry if I didn't draw her completely right... I glanced at a pic of her right before I did the line art, and then later on while coloring just to make sure she had blue eyes XD

Destiny

Well, well, well… More anime. Surprise! XD

Anyway, I got a new art program (: It’s called Open Canvas 1.1 (: It’s really awesome! It’s made for pen tablets… I’m using my dad’s pen tablet XD

Anyway, here is what I drew on Open Canvas ^_^

She has blue hair. That’s pretty freaking awesome. I wish I had blue hair… o.O…

Kaiba Bros.

I bring you another anime drawing (what is this, the 10th one this week? o.O). And this time, it has a character I’ve never drawn before! ^_^ MOKUBA KAIBA! He's so adorable ^_^

LOL! This one was a really really fun one to draw XD

XD Mokuba should learn eventually that Seto is nearly impossible to distract when he's on his computer XD What does he do on there anyway...? XD Maybe he goes on Facebook o.0 Anyway, hope this makes you laugh a bit ^_^

I based Kaiba’s pose off of a picture I had, but I used about 5 pictures of Mokuba to create the one I did, so I’ll just put the picture of Kaiba ^_^

Yuupp… Oh yeah, and I found a most amusing picture today while looking for pictures of Kaiba… Ironically, it’s of Yugi, but in any case, it’s AWESOME!

Seto Kaiba (again?)

Kaiba!! He's epic!

This is my first time drawing a full body... And I chose the character with the most extravagant outfit XD I love the way Kaiba walks (yes, he is walking in this picture, not floating)... He always looks like he's walking with a purpose :D It's EPIC! (:

As tradition (lol), here is the picture I based it off of;

You have NO idea how long it took me to find a full body picture like this… :P All I kept finding were what they call “3/4 shots” , where all you see is from the chest up o.O

Yami Bakura and Ryou Bakura

OK, so this is my first anime without a name written on it or anything XD I got a random idea for this while thinking of how I was going to draw Yami Bakura (:

Ryou didn't come out as I had hoped... His eyes are to tiny... But I redid them, like, 5 times, so I'm not doing them over again :P But other Bakura came out cool! :D

In any case, this picture was not based off of any picture in particular, but I did use a few pictures for a guide on the character’s posing (:

Yup…. I might redo this sometime in the distant future just so I can be satisfied with Ryou’s eyes (:

OH YEAH, and my dad got me a bunch of art supplies today! 3 sketch pads (a giant one, a normal size one and a pocket one ^_^), a pack of professional colored pencils, a pack of blending tortillons and a kneaded eraser :D :D :D

Marik Ishtar

OK, I blog waaay to much… Anyway, this is my first attempt at drawing a body on an anime character... Came out pretty good for a first shot, I guess.

(: I've been meaning to draw this character for a while. He's so effeminate XD But a cool character nonetheless (: Unfortunately, my scanner is stupid and doesn't pick up half the shading I do on my drawings, so he doesn't look nearly as good on here as he does on the actual drawing :P Oh well... It’s still not a full body, but more than I’ve been drawing XD

After 2 1/2 hours of work and half an eraser, I bring you Joey Wheeler!! BROOKLYN RAAAAGE!!! xD

I decided to try a different angle this time ^_^ I must say, I'm rather pleased with this! :D His hair takes up 1/2 of the page LOL!! XD

Yugi Motou

As I said in my last post, I’ve started learning anime ^_^ And I got bored of just drawing eyes, so I went for something really difficult lol I would say for just starting anime last night,*switches to abridged series Yugi voice* I would say this came out super special awesome! XD The first anime character I've ever tried drawing, Yugi Mutou from YuGiOh! :D  I had a picture that I was looking at for this, so it wasn't just off of memory lol

Well first off, here are a few drawings I’ve been meaning to scan for, like, ever… But here they are!

I’ve started learning how to draw anime! :D I’ve always loved anime, and have always wanted to learn how to draw it, but have never had the guts hahaha it always looked to hard. But last night, I found a really cool guide to drawing anime, and I’ve finally started :D Here are my very first attempts (: Eyes!

My very first attempt at anime ever ^_^ I would say they came out pretty good for my first try (: Sorry about it being a bit hard to see…

My second ever attempt at anime eyes (: When I was drawing these eyes, I didn’t have a direct guide like I did for the first sets of eyes. This one I was going off of a example picture (:

  And this last one! Super adorable eyes!!! ^_^ I love love love these! They’re fun to draw, and they are so cute!!! ^_^

Hopefully I’ll get farther than eyes… (: My goal is to be able to draw Bakura from YuGiOh :D Then Marik, then Yugi/Yami… Yeah hahaha

Sims 2 Book Characters

OK, so I love playing the Sims 2. ^_^ I can’t stand the Sims 3, but I love the Sims 2. And, as you know, I also love writing. While normally I try to draw my characters, I couldn’t draw the characters for the book I just started working on. Why? I don’t know. I just could not get them right. So I got the idea to make them on Sims :D

The book I’m working on is called “The Realm of Carendell.” Before we start, I want to tell you a bit about the Amulet of Realms! It’s a beautiful amulet that has the power to take it’s owner to different realms. Of course, the owner is our main character, Arabella ^_^ The Amulet can be a bit unpredictable as to where it takes you though… (:

(: Maybe soon I’ll post a little preview of the story ^_^ But anyway, here are the characters I’ve done on Sims;

This is Arabella, A somewhat sarcastic 16 year old hybrid (Fairy mother and Human father) who stumbles across the Amulet of Realms while on a field trip. She lands herself in Carendell, and was found by Daravon (see further pictures). She is the main character of the book.She’s had quite a past that she rarely speaks of. She has almost glowing silver eyes that she has always covered up with green contacts. She is shown here with her silver eyes.

I am in love with ^this^ picture! xD I got him to look at the camera for this picture and this picture only. (:

Anyway, this is Daravon, a 17 year old hybrid that shows up when Arabella appears in Carendell. He found her when she transported, and waited for her to awaken. His mother is Nalathia and his father is a Human. He is a hybrid like Arabella, but he actually knows it.

This is Mrs. Petrinna, Arabella’s homeroom teacher, who is obsessed with the buddy system, and finds the need to remind everyone about it about 50 times a school day. She is very long winded, and seems to know everything, almost to a fault.

This is Nalathia, Daravon’s mother. She is the fairy of Nathal Forest. :P You’ll notice that in these 2 pictures, she has 2 different sets of wings. That is because I was seeing what she looked better with. I like the wings in the top picture better, but I forgot to take a picture like the bottom one with the wings I like. (: Anyway, I don’t know much about this character yet… =/

So those are the characters so far… (: There is another character in the book that I have created, but I haven’t gotten any pictures of her yet… =/

Let’s hope I actually finish this story xD

New GIMP Picture

OK, I know that’s not a very exciting title, but I can’t really think of anything else :P

This was an incredibly fun to make ^-^ I used a picture of a Sim I made for this, because I couldn’t find a picture like the one the tutorial called for XD

New OoT GIMP Background

OK, I went through about a week or so in a state of having GIMPer’s Block… But I conquered it tonight! I am absolutely in love with this background I just finished ^-^

There are 12 Ocarina songs in the game (not counting the Scarecrow’s Song; that one is optional…:P ) And 12 hours on a clock face. So I thought up this; Each hour represents a song from the game. In order from 1:00; Zelda's Lullaby, Epona's Song, Saria's Song, Sun's Song, Song of Time, Song of Storms, Minuet of Forest, Bolero of Fire, Serenade of Water, Nocturne of Shadow, Requiem of Spirit, & Prelude of Light. And, hmmm, who could the person in the center be? xD

Anyway, I hope you love this BG as much as I do ^-^

GIMP Photo Edit; Avatar

Well, I came to the point of GIMPer’s block. I had nothing to do on GIMP. I therefore updated my status on Facebook about it, and my friend saved my life. He sent me a Photoshop tutorial to make a picture of someone look like a character from Avatar ^_^ So, not only did I get to make a few pictures look like the creatures (or people… whatever they are) from Avatar, but I also got to convert a tutorial from Photoshop to GIMP! :D

I started out by editing a picture of Link :D Who else? xD

I then did one for my friend, which I’m not going to post at the moment :P But, just now, I’ve done one of me ^_^ It didn’t come out nearly as good as Link though :P

LOL I look so weird! Either way, although I’ve never seen Avatar, nor will I probably see it in the near future, I’m having fun with this ^_^

And Na’vi is like Navi from LoZ with a ‘ in the middle xD and they’re both even blue!!! xD Just thought I’d point that out xD
